Cataphoresis paint facilities
Automatic painting facilities, consist primarily of the following process:
CHEMICAL PRETREATMENT
The purpose of pretreatment is the preparation of metal surfaces, which later will be painted, such preparation is:
- Limpieza de la suciedad que llevan las piezas, aceite de laminación, grasas de protección, productos de deformación, etc.
- Creating a layer of phosphate or conversion that ensures:
* Electrical insulation, ie, prevents the electrochemical corrosion of metal.
* chemical combination between the treatment and coating (in some cases).
* roughness on a microscopic scale, which improves the adhesion of coatings.
Different methods can be used in the pretreatment process are:
* Spray treatment Tunnels. (see more)
* Immersion baths Lines. (see more)
* Launches Booths.
* plaforization tanks.
Additionally, equipment may be used to improve the quality of water used in the process:
* Distilled or deionized water.
* Osmotic water.

Finally, we incorporate the latest technologies to reduce the environmental impact of discharges.
* Purification of gaseous and liquid discharge.
* Paint Flocculation.
* Osmosis water recovery washing.
* Ion exchange.

Spray treatment Tunnels
In the tunnel undergoes processing parts through spray nozzles, a degreasing process and a subsequent conversion layer by chemicals, to improve corrosion resistance and paint adhesion.
In the case of complex parts, you can combine online spray and immersion.
The pieces move along the process, using an overhead conveyor monorail or double rail (power and free).

Immersion bath Lines
In the bathroom lines are subjected to pieces by dipping them in vats, a degreasing process and a subsequent conversion layer by chemicals, to improve corrosion resistance and paint adhesion.
This process is normally used for quality requirements to reach every nook and hollow parts.
The pieces move and dip along the process, using automatic cars scheduled to travel and lifting movements.

In either pre-treatment methods, as outlined above, and depending on material characteristics and needs of paint adhesion, the different processes to be applied are:
- Minimum process:.
* Degreasing - phosphating or nanotechnology.
* Wash with water from the network.
* Washed with distilled water or osmosis (if mains water is of poor quality).
* Oven-dried moisture.
- High average process:.
* Degreasing.
* Washing with water or demineralized water network.
* Phosphatic or conversion (amorphous Phosphate - Conversion nanotechnology reduce environmental impact).
* Washing with water or demineralized water network.
* Passivation.
* Washing with demineralized water or osmosis (if mains water is of poor quality).
* Drying of moisture in an oven.
-High process:.
*Pre Degreasing.
*
Degreasing.
* Wash with water from the network.
* Refining or washing with demineralized water.
* Phosphate or conversion (amorphous Phosphate - Conversion nanotechnology reduce environmental impact).
* Washing with demineralized water.
* Washing with demineralized water.
* Painted by cathodic electrodeposition (Cataphoresis).
* Washing with ultrafiltrate (UFR-1).
* Washing with ultrafiltrate (UFR-2).
* Lattice electrodeposited paint oven.
Paint application
The paint can be applied in different ways, depending on the process used, the type of paint and material to apply.
The purpose of paint booths, is to confine the paint mist produced in the application, while collecting the parts not deposited on, keeping the place in good conditions of hygiene and safety.
Dipping vats of paint
paint dip tanks may be of several types: p>
* Cubas electrodeposition (Cataphoresis, anaphoresis).
*
Autophoresis tanks.
*
Cubas flow-coatings.
*
Rilsanisation tanks (fluidized bed). p>

Ovens polymerized, crosslinked and cured h1>
The object of the oven is the polymerization, crosslinking or curing of the paint applied, establishing the conditions of temperature and time required by the curve of the paint applied.
They are usually forced convection, but can be infrared, ultraviolet, etc.
Can work with any type of energy (gas, diesel, electricity, hot water, steam, thermofluid, etc .). p>
Depending on the painting process, the furnaces are named as follows:
* Horn of polymer powder coating.
* Cataphoresis ovens lattice.
* Horn liquid paint curing. p>

Support
support means, the means used to transfer the pieces to be fast enough for production, between different stages of the process.
More support systems used in automatic installations are: p>
* Conveyors monorails
* Conveyors double rail encoded (Powe and Free)
* Bridges scheduled / Car ferry p>
